Iasan & Sebastian Studio Salon gift card terms and conditions:
Gift cards are not replaceable if lost or stolen and should be treated as cash. Iasan & Sebastian Studio Salon is not responsible for loss, theft, or mutilation of gift cards. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except in accordance with applicable law. Face value of gift cards is in US dollars. Unauthorized resale or other exchange will invalidate gift cards.
When properly authorized, gift cards may be redeemed for salon services and professional products at Iasan & Sebastian Studio Salon. You may redeem I?S gift cards at Iasan & Sebastian studio salon in person or at www.issalon.com. You may redeem any value available on your I?S gift card. If the amount remaining on your I?S gift card is less than the products or services you are purchasing you are responsible for paying the remainding balance of the aformentioned products or services.
Neither Iasan & Sebastian Studio Salon nor any promotional partner makes any warranty of any kind regarding any service you may receive in connection with your use and redemption of gift cards.
Neither Iasan & Sebastian Studio Salon nor any promotional partner assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, cost, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise which arises out of or is in any way connected with (i) your use and redemption of gift cards or (ii) the performance or non-performance by any third party providers even if you have been advised of the possibility of damages. Under no circumstance shall Iasan & Sebastian Studio Salon or any promotional partner be liable for any delay or failure of performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control.
