A true colorist at heart, Anna is a mastermind at colour formulation and placement, with a range that stretches from beautiful classic looks to extreme avant garde. Her favorite looks to create are Sophisticated Blondes and Burnished Brunettes. As Salon Educational/Artistic Director, Anna is a source of creativity and knowledge at I?S. Whether she is designing a new image for a client or teaching a new technique to a student, her greatest joy lies in knowing she has done something to change someone's life.

In addition to earning her titles of Salon Educational Director and Salon Artistic Director, Anna works as a TIGI Educator where she holds Art Team and Creative Colour Force ranks. She is also certified in Balayage coloring. Anna travels extensively, performing stage work at trade shows and providing in-salon cutting and colour training to stylists across the country. She has attended Toni & Guy Academies, TIGI Academies, and other trainings at many locations including New York, Santa Monica, Las Vegas, and more.

Megan loves cutting hair. As a director, she is one of our most seasoned stylists and has experience with all types of cuts and colours on all types of hair. Underneath the wide range of her professional talent, however, lies a true passion for cutting. Megan loves the opportunity to envision, shape, and tailor the structure of a haircut. She wants to discover each client's unique image and maximize it. To prepare for her time behind the chair, Megan studies images from all over the fashion and art industries. She uses those images to inspire her hair designs, which she contours to fit each client's natural hair - whether it be ringlet curly, super straight, short, long, colored or natural. Megan's style reflects the diversity of her cliente and ranges from crazy street to elegant classic.

Megan has completed extensive training at academies across the country including the Toni & Guy Dallas Cutting and Color Class, the Toni & Guy Dallas Avant Garde Class, and the Toni & Guy New York Academy. She is one of our extension specialists, and is certified by Tressalure. In addition to her passion for cutting, Megan also takes great pride in complete make-overs and teaching clients how to style their hair at home.

Nancy's work begins with a true concern for each client. She has a special skill for taking the images in her clients' minds and developing them into highly wrought designs that exhibit a rare marriage of finesse and practicality. She has a special talent for short hair styles on both men and woman, and also she has a love for hair of a variety of ethnic backgrounds. As a painter as well as a hair designer, Nancy believes a cut and colour is a piece of artwork and enjoys working on the canvas of her clientele. She is inspired by the merging of shape and colour to create looks that are individually customized and inimitable.

Nancy is among our top specialty stylists. She is particularly skilled at creating looks for weddings, formal events, artwalks, and fashion shows. She has studied under the world famous Martin Parsons, and is certified by the Toni & Guy Dallas Hair Cutting and Colouring Academy and the Toni & Guy Dallas Avant Garde Academy.

As one of our directors, Lindsay has a strong technical foundation for designing cuts and colours. She loves to take segments of her knowledge base and mix them in ways that meet each client's individual style. She enjoys having clients bring in pictures of hair designs and then freestyle cutting to make those images their own. Lindsay has an incredible talent for men's cuts, and creates looks that fuse to meet each guy's professional and personal needs. She has a special ability to recognize a person's sense of style and create from it something truly unique and defined. She serves people who are classic and seamless, to people with natural, effortless style, to people who want a high fashion image, to people with edgy street looks.

Lindsay's education includes training in specialty styling under the world famous Martin Parsons, and extensive cut and colour classwork at the Dallas Toni & Guy Academy. As a certified Pureologist and Redken Specialist, Lindsay has an impressive background in several techniques. Her expertise includes updos, make-up, waxing, extensions, and Brazilian Keratin Treatments.

Michelle prides herself on relaxed but thorough consultations. She thrives on the diversity of her clientele and enjoys helping each one achieve a uniquely individual look. Michelle wants to provide her clients with the best possible service, and to do that she is constantly scouring all kinds of magazines, style blogs, music scenes, tattoo culture, and street life for new, interesting, and sometimes odd images. Her style ranges from urban street to classic and elegant.

Originally from Omaha, Michelle has been working in the industry since she was young. Colour work is her most favorite and she has been experimenting with it long before she attended school. Michelle is well educated in the technical aspects of cutting and colouring, but still enjoys watching hair evolve in response to her clients' natural hair texture and the image they are looking for. Her formal education includes training at the TIGI Academy in New York City.

Casey's favorite part of her work is creating a wide variety of looks for her clients. She loves working with all ages of people and has a special interest in women's cuts and styles. Casey particularly enjoys helping customers come up with new ideas for their look, whether they need a completely new style or just a change in details. She has a good understanding of facial shape, hair texture, and skin coloring. Her styles range from soft and seamless to professional chic to edgy urban. Don't worry, she won't turn your hair bright red - unless you want her to!

In addition to her work as a hair stylist, Casey is one of our top make-up artists. She has been doing make-up for 6 years and has experience with weddings, pin-up and beauty photoshoots, fashion editorial, and even cinema. She keeps up with fashion and style blogs and always has an eye out for new trends. She's makes it a priority to seek out new challenges, and she takes an innovative approach to mastering techniques.

Madi is an outgoing and observant stylist who takes the time to get to know each client through a detailed consultation. She sees each of her appointments as an opportunity to bring out something new and attractive in the person sitting in her chair. Madi has a special love for cutting and particularly enjoys men's cuts. She finds inspiration in New York and LA street fashion, the vivid styles of the 70's, and the shapes, colors, and textures from the music world.

Madi's experience includes training under a professional make-up artist and extensive work in fashion shows. She loves the creativity and challenge of avant garde work, but for her clients she designs looks that fuse individuality with wearability. She wants to give each client a unique image that they can recreate in everyday life. She is our expert in Brazilian Keratin Treatments.

Aly takes special care to listen attentively to each client. She feels that creating a custom look begins with discovering the image held in the mind's eye. She enjoys working together with her clients to design cuts and colours, and takes the time to guide them towards styles that will be most flattering for their faces and skin tones. Aly has experience with all colors, shapes, and textures of hair. She has a particular love for men's cuts and enjoys the technical structure of shorter styles.

Aly has traveled extensively and has been exposed to a wide variety of international fashion, especially the cultures of Italy, Japan, and Korea. Her approach to hair design is a based on an affinity for innovation but grounded in the science of maintaining healthy hair. She is committed to a philosophy of continuous education and approaches each day as an opportunity to refine her craft.

Nora especially loves the opportunity to create looks for her clients that bring them a new confidence in their own image. From a detailed consultation, to a technically tailored cut and colour, to a flat out fantastic style, Nora works to make sure that each person who sits in her chair has the best possible experience. Nora has a special talent for styling all types of hair, and many of her looks have a playful, unique blend of soft and edgy.

Nora is especially concerned about teaching her clients how to style their hair at home. She takes care to teach clients about the techniques she uses to work with their hair, and makes certain they feel comfortable recreating the style outside the salon. Her training includes certification by the Matrix Global Academy in New York City.
